 I personally love my ham and pineapple pizza with a sprinkle of oregano juicy Karkalla fingers and Bower spinach.

HALLOUMI and CHICK PEA STIR-FRY

OLIVE OIL PENNE

This simple hunger tamer is great as a side dish or a main.

this dish does rely heavily on the flavor of a good olive oil but Ive gotten away with less.


4 large cloves of garlic

a fist full of cherry tomatoes

1 shallot

black pepper or native pepper leaf

Native Basil/Sea parsley

Ice Plant

Karkalla

Salt bush 


Cook pasta

heat a good glug of olive oil in a pan, add garlic chopped and a pinch of salt do not brown or burn the garlic.

 stir and cook for 10 seconds then stir in tomatoes shallots and parsley and warm up, again don't over cook.

return drained pasta to pot, add olive oil sauce and toss to coat the pasta. Add the rest of the ingredients give it a jiggle and serve straight away.

chick peas

Halloumi cheese

red onion

Garlic

Native thyme

Ice plant

Karkalla

Bower spinach

seasame oil

LIGHT soy sauce

macadamia or rice bran oil so not to over whelm the greens flavor.


Take your Karkalla and Bower spinach off the stems and pull apart Ice plant, roughly chop.

quickly fry up Halloumi chopped garlic and onion in maca oil, when slightly brown add chick peas. keep them moving in the pan as to not over cook the cheese.

the chick peas will start to pop then add your Crikey greens.

flip the cheese from the bottom to the top and add a few drops of sesame oil and a dash of light soy.

toss for a minuit or so to wilt the greens and serve.
